Your 6-Week Total Body Transformation Challenge Includes:
1. How do I get my workouts? You will get weekly workouts that can be done anywhere delivered via email and stored inside your private portal. You can download these, or pull them up on your mobile device for your convenience.
2. How will I get the material for the 6-Week Total Body Transformation Challenge? Once you sign up for the program you will receive contact via email with all of the details on how to get started and what you need to bring. Everything is formatted in Success Guides so you are able to access the content anywhere and print out materials that you want to take with you or access on the go (like the weekly grocery lists.)
3. Am I able to attend in-person sessions if I am visiting or local? YES! We've partnered with Killington Bootcamp Wellness Center to bring you in-person sessions if you are in town! You'll be able to grab a discounted punch card once you grab your spot!
4. What if I am Vegetarian or Vegan? No worries, we've got you covered. Simply let us know your dietary needs, we've got a DFY Meal Plan that will work.
