Step 1 - Personal Success Session

After we’ve had a quick conversation & decided we want to work together, we’ll get together for an in-depth Personal Success Session to clearly identify your health and fitness goals in body, mind and spirit. We’ll take a look at where you are now, where you want to go, and what is standing in your way. We’ll look at what you’ve tried before, what’s worked, what hasn’t and why. This is where we’ll uncover what YOUR Strong Beautiful YOU! plan should look like to ensure your success.

Step 2 - Assess IT! to Progress IT!

Once we’ve completed your Personal Success Session we’ll head into Assess IT! to Progress IT! This is where the fun begins! Knowing your starting point is crucial to tracking progress. Although you might cringe at the thought of progress photos (I still do!) there’s no denying how valuable those starting stats are as you progress.

During the assessment you will be: 
  • Taking your measurements
  • Taking your “before” photos
  • Checking your endurance
  • Understanding any restrictions or pain points that need to be addressed
  • Identifying any roadblocks that may come up for you

Step 3 - Create IT! Practice IT! Ritualize IT!

Now we know what your starting point is, we know what your goals are and it’s time to choose the best path forward for you.
